She uses watercolor and pigment on rice paper and silk to create very detailed pieces. She was introduced to this technique as a child, inspired by Chinese tradition techniques and Surrealism. Alice shares her work on Behance (https://www.behance.net/alicemoxlin/info) and also has an Instagram. In an interview, she says that through her “content we are able to experience life, and we are able to learn about art, the world or ourselves.” I like how the artist intertwines human and animal figures. The way she connects humans to nature inspires me because it displays the relationships between the two. I also like how her work is colorful, detailed, and pretty.
